From Thursday 12 September the Box Office at the Park & Dare will close to personal callers to facilitate building works to the foyer and Box Office area.

From Tuesday 1 October our Box Office booking line will be open Tuesday – Friday 1.00pm – 4.00pm for customers who do not have internet access or who would prefer to chat to one of our friendly Box Office Team.

TERMS & CONDITIONS

Tickets and Booking

Every member of the audience must have a valid ticket for the date and time that they are attending and be able to produce on demand relevant I.D. to support a concessionary or discounted rate.

It is the booker’s responsibility to ensure that all tickets issued to them are accurate.

It is the booker’s responsibility to ensure that all personal information provided when making a booking is correct.

RCT Theatres takes no responsibility for tickets stolen, lost or destroyed.

No tickets may be re-sold for any reason by any outlet other than RCT Theatres Box Office or one of its authorised ticket agents (unauthorised outlets include websites such as auction sites). Failure to comply will make this ticket void.

Whilst RCT Theatres takes responsibility for tickets purchased directly through the RCT Theatres Box Office, the RCT Theatres website and authorised ticket agencies will not be responsible for tickets that have been sold through unauthorised methods.

Bookers with tickets purchased through an unauthorised vendor will not in any circumstances, receive an exchange or refund from RCT Theatres

RCT Theatres reserves the right to place restrictions on the volume of tickets that may be ordered through the Box Office or online.

RCT Theatres is GDPR compliant. Rct Theatres will collect, use, store and disclose your personal details in accordance with our privacy policy which can be accessed from RCT Theatres website.

Price and Payment

The price of the Ticket shall be the price set at the time that your order is accepted. All advertised prices are inclusive of any applicable taxes and ticket booking fees (where applicable) but exclusive of any transaction, collection or delivery fee.

No order will be accepted until RCT Theatres have received full payment in cleared funds.

All Concessions and Discounts are subject to availability, they may be restricted to certain price levels and performances and can be withdrawn by RCT Theatres without notice.

Only one Concession or Discount is available per ticket.

AD Audio Described Performance


Audio description is a live commentary interspersed with the actors' dialogue. This is relayed via a headset linked to the infra-red audio system. There is a short 'programme notes' session, before the production, which explains the atmosphere, costumes, characters and action.

BSL British Sign Language Performance


Signed performances are ideal for those who use sign language. Trained British Signed Language (BSL) signers usually stand to one side of the stage and interpret the script used by the performers at the same time as it is being performed.

R Relaxed Screening/Performance


Open to everyone, but particularly appropriate for anyone who may find the usual theatre/cinema environment challenging, due to an Autism Spectrum Condition, a learning disability, or a fear of the dark, loud noises or confined spaces.

Relaxed Performances/Screenings provide a relaxed environment, where elements are adapted to reduce anxiety or stress. Lighting and sound levels are adjusted to soften their impact and there is a relaxed attitude to noise and leaving and re-entering the auditorium during the performance/screening.

Designated 'chill-out' areas are provided outside the auditorium with activities for people to use if being in the auditorium becomes overwhelming for them.

T Touch Tour


A Touch Tour is ideal for blind and partially-sighted audiences to familiarise themselves with the set ahead of the performance.

C Captioned Screening/Performance


Captions display dialogue on-screen (similar to subtitles) and also describe the audio or sound portion of a film/performance allowing audience members who are D/deaf or hard of hearing to follow the script and the action of the film/performance at the same time.

For live performances, the screen is positioned at the side of the stage.
